However, on 3rd June afternoon Ana changed her mind and mailed a revocation letter to Bhanu. Has a contract been formed between Ana and Bhanu? ( 5 marks)

  1. Fong wants to sell his car. The car has an occasional problem with the fuel injector system, but Fong did not repair it before the sale. Mei went to see the car, liked what she saw and purchased the car. Fong kept quiet about the car problem. Two weeks later, the car starts giving problem to Mei and her mechanic told her the reason. Mei wishes to sue Fong for fraud and misrepresentation. Will she be successful? (5 Marks)

  1. Tasha enters a contract with Farid to buy one ton of bananas at RM3.50 per kg with delivery on July 1st. Farid fails to deliver the bananas and Tasha is forced to find another supplier. She bought a ton from Meena at RM4 per kg, and then has to pay Kishon RM150 to deliver the bananas to her. If Tasha sues Farid, how much can she claims as damages? (5 Marks)
