A:delete the offer from all electronic devices to protect the personal information of the parties.

B:inform all other interested parties that the offer has been rejected and solicit them for additional offers.

C: maintain a written record of the date and time of delivery to the seller and provide a true copy to the offeror.

D: hold the rejected offer for 3 business days pending final verification from the seller, then deliver the rejected offer to the offeror.
