Assessment Description For this assessment, you will need to read and respond to a range of tasks by answering a set of written questions. What you have to do You are a communications consultant. You have been engaged by JKL Industries to revise and update strategies and processes to manage communications and information flow within the organisation. You are also required to read the JKL Industries overview Appendix 2 Your role You are a communications consultant. You have been engaged by the General Manager of JKL Industries to revise and update strategies and processes to manage communications and information flow within the organisation. Note that the senior management team may be resistant to changes to communication strategies, policies and procedures. In particular, they are concerned that a new approach to communications may result in a less cohesive organisation.
