Break these down into smaller objectives if necessary o Identify the activities to be implemented to manage the factors impacting personal health and wellbeing and achieve the desired objectives o Schedule activities o Identify the resource requirements o Determine key metrics: understand how you will measure and show the success of the strategy. o Allocate responsibilities. E-mail the personal health and wellbeing strategy to the trainer/assessor/supervisor
