1. In Australia, Commonwealth Acts provide the general legal framework to support diversity in the workplace.

2. Explain how an organisation's policies and procedures relate to inclusive work practices. Provide supporting examples. (5075 words)

3. Culture refers to the social behaviour, lifestyle and characteristics that describe a group of people. It includes such things as religious belief, religious belief, language, dress, interpersonal practices, family relationships and ethnic or indigenous traditions. Some team members may have specific cultural requirements. Give three (3) examples of cultural or social groups and the workplace requirements that should be considered. (20 25 words each)
