Build a sign-in page(s) that asks the user to sign-up (create an account). The main page should have JS validation before submitting the data to the database, it should ask for name, password (twice, it should be strong) email, and phone number. The PHP page responsible for inserting a new user into the database should check if any user has an account with the same email before inserting. If a user already is found, the user is redirected to the sign-up page again with a message saying that the user already exists. If sign-up succeeds, the user is directed to a regular sign-in page
