Build one bit memory cell for Basys2 PCB, the value of memory cell is being inverted if BTN4 pressed, retained if not pressed. Button value should be read at frequency of ~1Hz. Asynchronous reset should be executed by pressing BTN3. If memory cell is equal to 0 then the value of switches (SW7-SWO) should be displayed in LCD digits 1 to O in binary format, if memory cell is equal to 1 the value of switches should be displayed in binary code decimal format in LCD digits 2 to 0.
