Build the loop function by R-studio

build a function that assigns each student to be evaluated 4 other students projects.

The function is such that each student must have 4 classmates evaluating projects without replacement.

the outcome of a random selection process or it can be the outcome of a deterministic process

(meaning that every time you run the function, it gives the same output).
