The analysis method should be able to be used for determining analyte concentrations in range from 10 to 250 ng / mL plasma. Discuss briefly possible analysis methods and make a choice of the best method. The choice must be accompanied by arguments. For the best method the choice of injection method, column, mobile phase, and detector must be accompanied by arguments. Perform calculations to show that the method can be used for quantification in the given concentration range. Discuss possible sample preparation methods. Give a brief description of the method you chose. Describe also how the quantitative determination is performed.
