BUS ADM 452: Applied Portfolio Management Final Project Outline/Requirements The final project consists of using all class materials and discussions to write a complete discussion of the students developed investment portfolio. The project should contain a complete description of the following elements:

1. Discussion of the goals and objectives. Detail what they are and what the time line is for each.

2. Discussion of the risk tolerance of the student and for the portfolio. Use assignment 4 as a guide for this step.

3. Write a detailed Investment Statement Use assignment 3 and 4 as a guide for this step.

4. Discuss the asset allocation mix to be used and describe the possible portfolio. Use assignment 4 as a guide for this step.

5. Show portfolio projections of possible future growth and goal attainment. Use assignment 5 as a guide for this step.

6. List and explain the resources/tools used in the project. This list can be at the end or contained within your paper. Make sure that you tittle each section. You can use the assignments as a guide for each step but you must expand upon them with written comments. Use a single space format. There is no minimum or maximum length but make sure that you fully discuss each section. Grading is based upon content (addressing all of the 6 sections listed above) and the quality of the written discussion.
