Assessment 3:Collaborate in group work while presenting collectively but submit individual reports. Part A - Group Presentation (10%) and Part B - Individual Report (30%).

Assessment Title:Developing an Eco-Friendly Environmental Plan for an Organization.

Due Date: Week 11, Sunday by 6 pm.

Assessment Objective:The main objective of this assessment is to assess students' comprehensive understanding simultaneously, the systematic and collaborative application of the knowledge of management they have learned throughout the semester by a collaborative problem-solving, writing and presentation task. They will learn how to utilize decision-making processes, design management strategies, discuss key management concerns and participate effectively in a team situation.

Instructions to Students:This assessment must be completed by each group member together through a participatory and collaborative work environment under a group leader.

The assessment must cover all aspects of the management process (i.e., decision-making, management strategies, key management concerns, problem-solving and teamwork) that they have learned throughout the semester by showcasing it in the form of developing an eco-friendly environmental plan for an existing organization. The group presentation should focus more on the findings and analysis. The individual report should focus more on individual solutions/recommendations.

Assessment 3 Part A (Group Presentation):

Marks: 10 (Weighting: 10%)

Duration: This presentation will be ten (10) minutes in duration.

Remember: Your presentation will NOT simply be your report put into a PowerPoint. It is a different channel of communication (from written to spoken, with visuals), and your presentation should reflect this.

Assessment 3 Part B (Individual Report):

Marks: 30 (Weighting: 30%)

Word Count: 2000 words (not including reference list or title page)

Structure: The report should provide the following information -

Title Page- Give a title to your report, student name, number.

Executive summary

This is a synopsis of the overall eco-friendly environmental plan outlining the major content areas and recommendations covered in the plan. Be sure to mention the existing organization's name.

Provide the solutions or recommendations. They need to be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound)

7. Conclusion

Conclude the report by providing a concise overview that covers all the information presented.

Include at least 5 peer-reviewed academic references with corresponding full references in your List of References.
