Bus306: Self & Peer Evaluation

Complete an assessment of your experience with the semester-long Group Project. A self-evaluation and a letter grade on how you contributed to the final project and providing a simple reflection of your role in the group work. Give your team members a letter grade for the quality of participation in group work assignments. An evaluation by providing praise and/or specific constructive feedback for EACH of your group members and yourself. Just saying that they are great will earn you 0/5, you need a full paragraph for the evaluation & feedback.

• Evaluation & Feedback: Positives: I was the facilitator, the arbitrator, was positive about everything, responsible, had good communication with the team, researched properly, and finished my duties way before the deadline. Negatives: I could have tried to check in on everyone's opinion with my work and with their own issues about their sections.
