BUS332: How to Manage and Reflect on Collaboration

Imagine your group of 5 will partner with a team in Taiwan who are taking a class in Responsible Marketing in the Department of Business Administration at the University National Cheng-Chi University. Your Taiwanese partners will be working with a business in Taiwan and, over the duration of this collaboration, will be completing an analysis of their business, with the final outcome being a socially responsible marketing plan. You need to respond to your Taiwanese partners' questions and also address their prompts.

For this assignment, you will create a reflective journal. Journaling is a useful learning tool; it can help your academic work but can also help your professional growth. Learning this skill will help you how to actively learn from and react properly on future business collaborations.

1. Description of your experience both within your team and your partner team.
