Key aspects will include access arrangements, utilities and services (e.g. water supplies). It may however, explore the use of perfor mance solutions if applied. The report will need to address the relevant planning aspects of design in accordance with relevant State bush fire planning guidelines (e.g Planning for Bush Fire Protection 2019 in NSW, BMO in Vic or SPP3.7
