1. While you are doing your requirement elicitation, a user identifies a system application that you are not familiar with. How do you find out more about the application to determine if it has features that may help with a solution?

2. While documenting an as-is process flow you notice that there is a task assigned to a user however there is no follow-up task/check to ensure it get completed. The task is a prerequisite for a future action. What information do you need to gather from the users in order to p re pare yo ur to-be process flow?
