Business Communication professionals are expected to be up to date on communication technology. They must be aware of new technology and trends and provide leadership and advice on how they can best be used to effectively communicate with stakeholders. As a result, employees are often consulted by management in order to demonstrate the appropriate use of new technologies and are specifically asked to provide counsel on how they can be used to reach and engage the public, as well as the risks that might be involved in their use. With that in mind, you will work in groups of five and create a slidedock report on the use of a communication/collaboration tool that can help an organization such as Seneca College communicate and connect with its stakeholders (internal or external).
The report should cover the following as a minimum:
