He knows that he has two options: Machine 1 can service an average of 14 cars per hour (1-minute standards deviation). Machine 2 can service an average of 16 cars per hour (0.5-minute standards deviation). He has asked you to create a spreadsheet to develop a waiting line model for its customers for the current machine and the other options machines
