 You will now write a one-page letter addressed to me, persuading me to try this product or service. Once complete, you will upload your persuasive letter to the assignment link in Blackboard by the due date. Scenario: You work as a Customer Service Team Leader at GreenStar Bank. You and members of your team are in favor of a new policy that will modify the current overdraft fee policy of the bank. Currently, customers are charged $35 for a single overdraft, regardless of the amount overdrawn. Whether a customer's account is overdrawn by $2 or $200, GreenStar assesses the same overdraft fee of $35. You believe this is unfair and produces customer resentment toward the bank. You believe that your position would be strengthened if a customer survey were conducted to gauge customer resentment of the overdraft fees; however, conducting the survey will require manpower and funds to carry out survey activities

. You report to Tina Bagley, the Manager of GreenStar Bank. You've spoken with her about changing the overdraft policy, and she has been noncommittal.
