Instructions

10-minute (+/- 2 minutes) presentation on your risk management casebook.

This is not a detailed formal presentation but rather an opportunity to share some of your hard work with your classmates. While each group member does not have to present, all members should be available and willing to contribute to questions.

You may wish to answer the following questions:

1. What was an interesting thing you discovered about your industry unrelated to law?

2. What module of your workbook was the easiest to apply? Which was most difficult, and how did you handle this problem?

3. What was the most significant legal risk in your view from all of the workbook sections, and what was your plan for managing it?

4. What is an interesting case that impacts your industry, and what proactive steps might you take so that it wouldn't be an issue for your business?

As I indicated, this assignment does not require a lot of preparation and will largely be graded as pass/fail. If there is an obvious lack of attention or thought, I reserve the right to provide a grade.
