Business Law - Ahmad instructed his agent Amerul to buy 400 cartons of mango juice from Giant Hyper Mart as they were selling the juice at half price as part of a promotion. Amerul forgot to do so and when he went to Giant Hyper Mart a few days later, the promotion has ended, and he had to purchase them at the normal price. Ahmad became very angry with Amerul and scolded him. Amerul retaliated by immediately quitting from his post. Advise Ahmad on the course of action available to him.
