Business law Case questions Dan Martin did business at martins appliance. For years he bought furniture from independent furniture. Martins appliances was sold to struthers appliances and Martin become manager but independent didnot know of the ownership change. Martin order furniture from independent which was never paid for the furniture. Independent sue Martin for the amount due. He claimed that he was only an agent for struthers so could not be personally liable. Is that agreement correct
