Your law can be anything you want, serious or comical. But you must explain:

• Your new law;
• Mandatory Mental Health Support in schools and workplace.
• What is standing and who would have standing to enforce your law or sue under your law? Why?

• What is jurisdiction? What court would have jurisdiction? What kind of Jurisdiction? Why?

• What would be the punishment for violation of your law? (i.e. Civil Damages v. Criminal Punishment

• What is the difference between the Civil law and Criminal law? Which one would your law fall under? Or, would it be both?

Expectations:

• Define and Demonstrate course knowledge and understanding of the key concepts of: Standing, Jurisdiction and Civil v. Criminal law, including any elements or sub-elements of these concepts.
• Apply the course knowledge and those key concepts to your law
• While credit will be given for definitions and knowledge that come from outside the course materials, it is preferred that you use the definition and knowledge that comes from the course material.. Use terms like ethical unethical, legal, illegal, courts, legislation. law and legal reasoning, us constitution, torts, liabilities, strict and product
• A minimum of 1one full paagege of explanation.
