In 2017, attorneys for Trump University settled 3 lawsuits with approval by a federal court for $25 million, two class action suits and one fraud suit, in regard to Trump University real estate seminars. If plaintiffs had brought suit instead under the UCC article 2 as to the University failing to act in good faith, would the court look to cases and statutes under article 2, under common law, neither or both? Explain fully all pros and cons of both sides and rule correctly on behalf of one side.
