Madam Amirah was a 69 year-old lady who had been diagnosed with Covid 19. She was hospitalised in a private healthcare facility for more than two years until her death last month. During her time in hospital, a nurse called Nurul was assigned to take care of Madam Amirah. After Madam Amirahs death, her son Najib discovered that his mother had sold her house to Nurul for RM70,000. Najib believed that his mother had not made the contract voluntarily and decided to challenge the validity of the sale. Advise Najib on whether he may do so.
