The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) keeps records of the discrimination suits it has filed on behalf of aggrieved individuals. Its Enforcement and Litigation Statistics show that 300 suits were filed in 2011 while only 124 were filed ten years later in 2021. Does this suggest there is less discrimination now than there was ten years ago or just that there is less enforcement of federal statutes outlawing discrimination? Are we all "woke" or is discrimination just as prevalent as it has been in the past? Briefly explain your thoughts
