The Product/Service Description is the next step in your business plan. It is the section where you go into detail on the product or service you are providing. You should assume the reader knows nothing about your business. Be sure to include your business' niche, your customer service policy, how to ensure repeat business, and show the business' floor plan. (Submittal of your business's floor plan is optional).
