You have a technical manger role in your company and your scheduling is not very efficient because there is no way to understand how many a skills and what kind of skills they have therefore you need to have new scheduling solution that shows people with their skills Your business rules are very clear;

1.) The company has 35 technical people and some of them have multiple skills

2.) The company also has 300+ tools and equipment for technical people that is required to perform their job in field.

1. Executive summary about your project. What are you trying to accomplish with this project?

2. Create at least 20+ business rules related with your projects attributes, entities and relations

Such as;

Each Student must have Name, Last Name, StudentID and address.

Each Classroom must have Classroom number and number of seat available.

All students must sit down during to the class session and each seat must be FILLED by only one students

Course catalog may have ( or SHOW) many Course and each course must be in a Course catalog

Instructor can TEACH many classes but each class must be taught by only one Instructor 3. Decide your ERD components;

a. Entities ( Student , Seat, Course)

b. Attributes of entities ( StudentID , Lastname, Name, CourseID , etc.)

c. Relationship between entities (fills, teach,show)

d. Cardinality of relationships (one to one , one to many etc.)

e. Define Key(s) (Primary Key, Foreign Key , Component keys etc.)

4. Finalize your whole ERD diagram.

Executive Summary

School needs better course catalog due to increase in student population and new class session demands etc. . . . . . . .
