A lot of times commercials do state opinions as facts and let the consumer make the determination on the differentiation. Claims such as "Best in town" or "#1 product" can be viewed as a false or misleading claim. In your opinion, how should business claims such as this be restricted while at the same time protecting the business owner's freedom of speech?
