Use information from the companys website, financial reporting sources, and/or the company's most recent annual report to gather solid information to complete your analysis.

Based on the results of your analysis, create three recommendations designed to drive sales over the next year (e.g. - marketing/advertising activities, operational activities, product activities, etc.).

In 300-400 words, double-spaced, describe your recommendations, and include your completed SWOT analysis template or Porter's Five Forces Model diagram as an appendix to your paper.
