By a letter dated 1 July 2014, Ali proposed to sell Adam his farmfor RM15,000. In it, Ali stated that the proposal was open until the1 August 2014. On 10 July 2014, Adam received the proposal letter. He wrote back to state his acceptance on 20 July. On 15 July, Ali posted a letter revoking the proposal to Adam. The letter of revocation of the proposal only reached Adam on 25 July 2014. Adam demanded Ali to perform his promise but Ali claimed that he was not bound by the proposal as he had revoked it before 1 August 2014. Advise both parties
