C++ Book organization and entry

So This is what I have so far, and it compiles and runs, but it messes up after the second isbn under "Fuzzy Discrete Structures". Please reply with code structure, I'm still learning this and examples are better than reading full examples because I am a bit disabled when it comes to forming structured in sentences.
