On Blackboard obtain the file Numbers.txt. This file contains a long list of random number.
Copy the file to your hard drive (be sure to not include empty spaces at the end of the file).
Write a program that opens the file and does the following:
A) Counts the amount of numbers that are in the file
B) Gives the average of the first 22 numbers in the file
C) Provides the sum of the first 15 numbers in the file.
D) Gives the minimum value found in the file.
E) Gives the maximum value found in the file.
These values should be printed to the screen with appropriate output formatting and labels.
Note: For D & E you should NOT use the min and max functions. Using these functions
will cause for no credit.
