Exercise 4-3

The purpose of this exercise is to take code from the previous exercise and encapsulate it in a function that takes parameters. You should start with a working solution to Exercise 2-2.

Write a function called print_american that takes the day, date, month, and year as parameters and displays them in American format.

Test your function by calling it from main and passing appropriate arguments. The output should look something like this (except the date may be different):

Once you have debugged print_american, write another function called print_european that displays the date in European format.
