Prompt the user to enter a sequence of non-negative numbers and then display the maximum and minimum values from that sequence. Before reading the sequence, ask the user how many numbers are in the sequence.

Throw error message if user enters a negative value. Ask user again to enter the numbers.

Do not throw exceptions, do not use try catch block.
