Problem: 2D Array, Multiplication Table

Write a program which fills a 10x10 2D array with a multiplication table of the integers 1 to 10. It must calculatethe (row*column) products to fill the table, and print out the table as it does:

Next, write a function

int imax2d(int x[][COLS], int rows)

that will return the highest value of a 2d int array x[]

Call the function from your main() program with the multiplication table as input, and print out the result from imax2d().
