Question 4: (20 points) ++ program to search for the character $' inside a file name se.dat that is provided to the user and change every occurrence of the purcha tound character'$' with "USD" and store it under sales.dat file name. Let your program count the number of times $' is found and display/output this information to the user. In case the file purchase.dat is not found or cannot be opened output that information to the user as well
