Write a program with a function that prints out a character a certain number of times. The function call is:

Void printchar (char ch, int times)

For example if you call the function as:

Printchar(a, 5) it will print the letter a five times. Change the function so that it has default arguments that print the letter z three times (if called with no arguments).
