Calculate the roots of quadratic equation

• Create a web page with a form and that asks three parameters named as a, b, and c from the user for the equation ax² + bx + c = 0. Name the file as part1.html.
• Write and test a php program that takes these three numbers, calculates the roots of the equation, and sends the result back to the user.
• Do not write any function in this task.

part II: Functions

• Part II has the same task as part I however, this time write a function to calculate the roots and another function to print out the result as a good-looking html message.
