Calculate the total time required to transfer a 1000-KB file in the following cases, assuming an RTT of 50 ms, a packet size of 1 KB data, and an initial 2 x RIT of "handshaking" before data is sent: (a) The bandwidth is 1.5 Mbps, and data packets can be sent continuously. (b) The bandwidth is 1.5 Mbps, but after we finish sending each data packet we must wait one RTT before sending the next. Calculate the delay x bandwidth product for the following links. Use one-way delay. measured from first bit sent to first bit received. (a) 100-Mbps Ethernet with a delay of 101ts. (c) 1.5-Mbps T1 link, with a transcontinental one-way delay of 50 ms. (d) 1.5-Mbps Tl link between two groundstations communicating via a satellite in geosynchronous orbit. 35.900 km high. The only delay is speed-of-light propagation delay from Earth to the satellite and back
