Can anyone assist with formulating a legal research question? I don't need help with the actual research, just help with formulating a question.

The question I came up with was;

"To what degree do the essential elements of a valid contract influence the formation of a contract?"

Apparently this is too broad, and is incorrectly formulated.

This is for Australian Business Law. Any help would be very much appreciated.
