Any idea of creating a code for image processing?

I have done converting to grayscale, histogram, enhancement, salt and pepper, low pass filter smoothing, black and white, emboss, edge detection, and gaussian filter.

What can be created more for image processing other than above?

Is there any code for image stitching or image mosaicing?
