Can anyone help me with this Python 3 nested loop problem?

Calculate and display the average quiz for each student who takes a number of quizzes. Your program should have different functions like main(), input(), and output(). The main function will contain the nested for loops. Ask the user to enter the number of students and a number of quizzes for each student, and then display the results.
