Can I ask for the explanations for these? This is from my subject in Law on Sales.

1.) Ms. Nana sold three cows to Mr. Gwapo at a price of Php 100,000.00. Upon delivery, Mr. Gwapo had it checked immediately by a veterinarian Dr. Animal. Dr. Animal made a standard check up on the cows however failed to see that there were boils all over its skin due to Dr. Animal's poor eyesight. When said boils were discovered by Mr. Gwapo, you were asked whether or not he can ask for redhibitory action based on the redhibitory defect of the cow. What would be your answer? Justify your answer.

2.) Ms. Nana and Mr. Pogi agreed to enter into a contract of sale where Ms. Nana sold a Mercedes Benz, color pink, 2021 model to Mr. Pogi for Php 5,000,000.00. It was agreed that the place of delivery is the house of Mr. Pogi. When a Mercedes Benz, color pink, 2021 model was inthe process of delivery by the personnel of Ms. Nana, the car was totally destroyed due to hidden defects of which Ms. Nana has no knowledge. Mr. Pogi insists on the delivery of the car; while Ms. Nana only offers pay the price, interests and expenses of the contract. Who will prevail between the parties? Justify.

3.) Ms. Sexy and Mr. Pogi agreed to enter into a contract of sale where Ms. Sexy sold a Mercedes Benz, color pink, 2021 model to Mr. Pogi for Php 5,000,000.00. It was agreed that the place of delivery is the house of Mr. Pogi. When a Mercedes Benz, color pink, 2021 model was inthe process of delivery by the personnel, the car was totally destroyed due a fortuitous event. The car has a defective engine which reduced the value of the car in the amount of Php 500,000.00. Ms. Sexy has no knowledge of such defect. Mr. Pogi insists on the delivery of the car; while Ms. Sexy only offers pay the price less the value of the car when it was lost. Who will prevail between the parties? Justify.

4.) Ms. Sexy and Mr. Pogi agreed to enter into a contract of sale where Ms. Sexy sold a Mercedes Benz, color pink, 2021 model to Mr. Pogi for Php 5,000,000.00. It was agreed that the place of delivery is the house of Mr. Pogi. Ms. Sexy had shown a sample of the car although Mr. Pogi was not able to test drive the unit due to lack of time. When the car was delivered, it was found out that it would not run due to a defective engine. Mr. Pogi would like the car replaced; Ms. Sexy contends that there was no breach in the sale due to the fact that the sample shown had the exact defect. Is Ms. Sexy liable or not? Justify.
