Can i get help with my practice questions ? Don't need to actually find a slope just make up one.

There are three parts to this discussion so make sure that you do them all. 1. Find a "slope" in your home or work place An example would be a lamp shade or a flower pot. Give us the dimensions of the "rise" and "run" and then calculate the slope. Do NOT give two points for this one, just give the rise and the run. Then explain how to find the slope from this. . Alternatively. you can find a picture online of an object in real life from which you could calculate the slope. For example (I have copied and pasted a picture of a mountain below): To calculate the slope of this mountain, I can copy it into a word document, draw a vertical and horizontal line through it, and use the ruler on Word to measure the lengths of those lines. (See below) D 2. Chose two points on the Cartesian coordinate plane. Use those two points to find the slope. Give the formula that you need to do this and then calculate the slope showing all steps. 3. Answer these questions. How can you use the slope to graph a line? What does the slope mean? Respond to two classmates according to the rubric. Initial posts are due Wednesdays by 11:59 pm and response posts are due Sundays by 11:59 pm. Please refer to the rubrics for grading criteria
