Firstly, agile management or the the agile methodology is a way to manage a project in which the project is broken up into multiple phases. Or in other words portions of the project are divided into shorter intervals of work. In addition to this, the agile methodology is commonly used. Moreover though there also exist the agile manifesto. The agile manifesto according to Sudarsan Reddy in their article Agile Project Management Methodology Manifesto, Frameworks and Process, "the Agile Manifesto in Project Management is a formal proclamation of four key values and 12 principles to guide an iterative and people-centric approach to software development (2019)." The four principles of the agile manifesto include, "individuals and interactions over processes and tools, working software over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration over contract negotiation, and responding to change over following a plan (Reddy, 2019)."

Aside from this, agile is again an approach or methodology that can be used and incorporated in management. PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) as stated by Wrike in their article How does Agile Relate to PMBOK?, "on the other hand, is not technically a methodology (2023)." Rather PMBOK is an assortment of guidelines, terminologies, and efficient practices in project management (Wrike, 2023). So, one being a methodology and the other is a collection of best practices. Although there is a definite difference between the two, when both are combined they can become a very useful resource for project managers (Wrike, 2023). When answering the question, how is the project customer addressed in the Bible? I personally thought of Proverbs 3:16, and it states commit to Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. I thought of this verse because in life we may work for others, but ultimately God is the ultimate stakeholder in everything. God is sovereign and as believers we work for the glory of God, and we all do that in our, yet his own designated ways.
