Can I please get help coming up with a response blog post?
This is the information provided to complete the blog response:
I don't know if you've been on social media yet today, but we're in a bit of a crisis: customers despise the idea of a subscription-only model, and they're not being quiet about it. Let me read you some of these tweets.
XYZ Company wants 1.99/mo for the ONE emoji I actually use! #whatever #yeahright #nevergonnahappen
XYZ Company I'd use my sad face but it DOESN'T WORK ON TWITTER $1.99/month? You suck. #ripoff
...and, my personal favorite...
XYZ Company Read your blog post. Is there a middle finger emoji? That's the one I need now #your199isajoke
Please assist in the follow-up blog post that tells investors that we are going to take two corrective actions immediately to repair the relationship with our customers: I'll have my admin send those actions over to you. The ultimate purpose of the post is to reassure our investors that XYZ Company will still be able to double its revenue as projected.
Additional directions for the blog response:
Below are the 2 corrective actions, which XYZ Company will tak, that our CIO asked me to have you include in your follow-up blog post:
- To continue creating and offering the $1 10-packs that are so popular with customers, instead of keeping the change of the only option being the $1.99 per month subscription.
- To offer all current customers a coupon code for two free animated emojis of their choice.
We're counting on you to help us build some good faith!
These were the changes that were mentioned on the first blog post:
- All new emojis can be used on Facebook, as well as on Instagram, Snapchat, and twitter. (Existing emojis were only able to be used on Facebook)
- New offerings included 1000 of the most popular emojis being reissued as animated emojis, 1000 brand new animated emojis, and 1000 new non-animated emojis
- Sale of the pre-assembled emoji 10-packs for $1.00 each will cease and customers will instead have access to the entire XYZ Company library for $1.99 per month.
Please help by including what will be done to make our customers happy, following the indirect/inductive format, all while assuring investors that the situation is taken under control.
