Can I please have some assistance setting this out in ILAC format? Would there be an exception in the Parol evidence rule becuase it is a "trade custom" to send samples and the term does not need to be stated? Not sure if I should be including anything about terminations and remedies also?

Michael wants to enter into a business contract with Sasha, a clothes store owner in the city, for the supply of shirts for the next season. They meet to look at some designs, have lunch and talk about their agreement. They have not done business with each other before and Michael decides that it would be a good idea if they write everything down as a written agreement and Sasha says that's ok.

After a few months they have a disagreement about whether some sample shirts should be delivered first, as is the custom in clothes stores in the city. Michael says he can't do that because as he wants to make all of the shirts first and says that there's nothing in the written contract about sending samples.
