Tech needs of a typical corporation are greater today than they have ever been before. To stay ahead of the competition, companies require developers for everything from websites to mobile apps. Developers are always in demand, and because of this they often enjoy very generous pay.

Freelance programmers are often sought out compared to their Professional counterparts and it is still a concerning problem for the latter today. With low employability and low skills development, it isn't easy for a professional computer engineer to land a full-time job with digitally and technologically involved companies. The scenario of the programming scene updates on the daily and constant updating of knowledge in that area is necessary for the upkeep of these companies, something that freelance programmers have over the quickly-changing curriculum of computer engineers.

Programming languages like Python and Java are currently the leading and most popular of programming languages with newer ones like Kotlin and Swift. Programming languages such as Visual Basic, C# and C++ still taught in public schools are slowly diminishing over the years. While freelancers have the upper hand in learning the more popular languages, others take a balanced play and learn all of them to the best of their ability. Understanding multiple programming languages is also a key in efficiency.

This proposal aspires to explore the efficiency of both these classes of software engineers and open up the options of the successors of this research paper so that they may rectify and resolve the ongoing problem of low employability.
