Write a function, count_vowels, that takes one string as a parameter and counts the number of vowels in that string ("a", "", "e", "o", and "u") and returns that number. Make sure that your function is case insensitive (hint: use str.lower or str.upper))! You are welcome to use the str.count0 function as well!
