Can somebody please explain thoroughly how to do question #3. I have worked through to get the z score 2.02 but am unsure how to use this to get the critical value for the one tailed test and then what to do with that. Also what H0 or Ha means. Please explain every step involved and why it is being done/where values are coming from.I've read through the textbook and online over and over but just dont get it. Thank you
